Look at me! I am the one you waited to come on the market. They say I'm well maintained because my owners have taken time to do the right thing. Any work done on me was done with permits and followed code. Since the range of price for me is $40,000 to $60,000, I'm really CHEAP. However, don't get the wrong impression, I am structurally fit and not bad looking for my age. But like most of us older folks, I could use a little work to make me prettier. There has been an addition to my driveway to allow for all you two car or car plus boat couples and a new 12x 16 pad for my planned extension. Too bad my owners never did this since they filed a permit and had the county inspect it. I would have been SO attractive with that new master suit! But hopefully, you will do that....or perhaps a large den with a bath!? Okay, it makes a great patio. But heck, I already have a very nice covered patio with all kinds of nice patio furniture that will stay here. My Florida room and workshop were insulated thoroughly last year. This will make me much warmer in the winter (huh, what winter? you mean those 3 cool days??) and cooler in the summer if you should stay with me then. I'm in a 55+ park but you owners are SO active. You go to dances, play all kinds of games including cards, do crafting, bible study....just name it, they do it in the clubhouse that is so NICE. There are also shuffle board and bocce ball courts and the funniest thing....everybody rides around on their golf carts and look like they are having so much fun. They usually take their fur babies along too. The fur babies are all so nice and must be 40 pounds or less and can't be an aggressive sort of dog or cat, for that matter. My interior is completely furnished....just bring your toothbrush and P.J.s. So, come visit me and be my new owner!.
