We are currently looking for an experienced Bilingual Clinical Liaison for our Skilled nursing and rehab facility in Sebring, FL.
Clinical Liaison
Summary:
Manage the facility's admissions process and provide customers with facility-related information via facility tours, personal visits, assessments, follow-up, etc. Assist Marketing Director in achieving facility's census and quality mix goals.

Requirements Current RN license in the state of practice; LPN will be considered if qualified
o Other professional backgrounds may be considered.
Three (3) or more years of experience in long-term care or related industry.
One (1) to two (2) years sales and/or marketing experience a plus and case management experience preferred.
Must understand long-term care business, including census and quality mix goals and referral expectations.
Participate in appropriate nursing community organizations and outreach activities.
