Schedule - Part-Time estimate 20-30 hours/week during business hours Purpose of this position To assume responsibility for clerical functions in the business office as assigned.
Authority is delegated to the individual in this position to:
Complete assigned duties accurately and timely.
Maintain records in an organized manner.
Ability to type accurately and use computer systems required for performance of job duties Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files.
Ability to process invoices accurately according to facility coding guidelines and procedures.
Prepare and submit accounts payable on a timely basis as required and directed.
Ability to file accurately.
Ability to prepare reports as assigned.
Observe all facility policies and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned.
Consistently work cooperatively with residents, residents' representatives, facility staff, physicians, consultants and ancillary service providers.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
